陳淑貞女士感言：

這是他第一次離開家這麼久的時間，而且又是到一個完全陌生的學校，實在讓我們放心不下，然而事實證明一切都很順利、圓滿。這當然都要感謝主辦單位的妥善安排以及當地老師和輔導人員悉心的照顧。他從這次的義務教學活動收穫很多，首先，證明了他有能力好好照顧自己在外生活，並和團隊成員和睦相處。更重要的是學習到如何透過愛心與耐心將自己所能的去幫助需要幫助的小孩，並將自己平日所學的透過有系統的整理以及創意的方法提高教學的效果。我們由衷地感謝，他從這次活動中成長、進步了。真的很謝謝！

鄭偉先生感言：

參加今年的活動，讓他有很深的感受。他最喜歡和最大的收穫是教小朋友英文，跟小朋友互動、溝通，幫助小朋友提高學習英文的興趣，並與他的教學小組互相幫忙，彼此切磋擬訂最有效的教學方法，大家一起學習、一起玩，渡過了一段非常有意義和美好的時光。非常感謝主辦單位把這次活動的重大細節及照片都有條理的利用網路傳送給所有關心這個活動的家長，使大家都能瞭解自己孩子在台灣的活動近況。這次的活動使Michael得到了很多寶貴的教學經驗和友情，而他的中文也進步了很多，並增加了對台灣的認識及瞭解原住民的文化，甚至還學會唱多首中文歌曲，非常感謝主辦單位盡心盡力的把這個活動辦得如此成功

王曉陵女士感言：

As a parent, even after leaving Taiwan for 24 years, I will forever consider Taiwan to be my homeland. This summer, I was very grateful that my daughter, Rachel Chang, was able to participate in such a fantastic program, giving her time to teach English to children in my homeland. Being an American Born Chinese, my daughter has only been to Taiwan once back in 2002, so this program really gave her another chance to understand and learn more about Taiwanese culture; allowing her to embrace her heritage and where her parents came from. Even though these volunteers encountered a typhoon during their last week in Taiwan, it was still a very memorable experience! I am really thankful for OCAC's dedication and hard work for putting together such a wonderful program for so many children. Also, I am very thankful for KenTing Elementary School's administration, the teachers and the principal, for taking care of my daughter and her four other teaching partners so well!! My daughter says that she will definitely recommend this program to her friends, and she hopes she will have time next summer to apply again. Thank you so much OCAC!
